June 2026 — KeyStackz

• Rebrand: We're now KeyStackz — same vault, same one-command pull, new name, new block-key mark. The CLI is now keystackz pull; tokens are prefixed kstk_.
• Stack Pop design system: a daylight candy interface with a playable falling-block hero on the landing page. The rest of the app surface is being restyled to match next.
• Fail-closed conflicts: when two active services define the same variable, a pull blocks and names both services instead of silently overwriting one — so your .env.local is never quietly wrong.
